Position: Senior Transformation Manager
Knowledge and Experience: 

  •  Graduation in Business / Engineering from a reputed university, preferably with a business background 
  •  Minimum 10 years’ experience in the corporate sector. Relevant experience with financial products will be preferred 
  •  Proven track record with strategic planning and project management
  •  Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results  Experience in working directly with external consultants
  •   Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams Skills: 
  •  Developed communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence.  Strong research, analytical and organizational skills. 
  •  Ability to multi-task and prioritize 
  •  Expertise in Data Analysis and forecasting 
  •  Proficiency with MS Office Suit 
  •  Ability to balance tactical needs with strategic long term continuous improvement efforts
