Position: Senior Transformation Manager
Knowledge and Experience:
- Graduation in Business / Engineering from a reputed university, preferably with a business background
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the corporate sector. Relevant experience with financial products will be preferred
- Proven track record with strategic planning and project management
- Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results Experience in working directly with external consultants
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams Skills:
- Developed communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence. Strong research, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Expertise in Data Analysis and forecasting
- Proficiency with MS Office Suit
- Ability to balance tactical needs with strategic long term continuous improvement efforts
