Job Responsibilities
- Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as General Banking, Loans and Advances, Trade Finance etc.
- Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
- Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
- Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.

Educational Requirements
- Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Textile, Computer Science, Agriculture
- The candidate must have at least 03 (three) 1st Divisions/Classes/GPA 3.00/CGPA 3.00 in the academic records. Candidate passed O' level & A' level should have Grade-A in both O' Level and A' Level. No 3rd division/class in academic records will be accepted.
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 30 years
- Maximum 32 years of Age as on 31st July, 2019 for the Children/Grandchildren of Freedom Fighters subject to producing proper evidence provided by Govt. of Bangladesh.
- Candidates should have sound IT knowledge.

Salary
- Tk. 48000 (Monthly)
- Upon successful completion of probation period, MTOs will be confirmed as Senior Officer with monthly gross salary ranges from Tk. 55,000/- to Tk. 65,000/-(approx.).
